Accommodation & Mobility
Book accommodation as close to the Haram as possible to reduce walking. Request ground-floor rooms or elevators, and check if the hotel provides wheelchair access or walking aids.
During Umrah: Practical Tips
On the ground: - Use hotel porters for luggage and request priority transport - Plan Tawaf and Sa'i during less crowded times if possible - Carry a small first-aid kit, sun protection and hydration sachets - Consider performing rituals slowly and rest between acts of worship
Spiritual Considerations
Encourage parents to perform at their own pace. Help with physical tasks respectfully, and take the time to make dua and share moments of reflection together.
